Following Mothers Day, which can be a difficult time for many and joyful for others, we thought it useful to reflect on Self-Care. 

It is so important that you take time out for yourself not only for your own well-being but to benefit the family you are responsible for.  Our Head of Counselling encourages many of her clients to do this and shared these fantastic tips with colleagues.  We hope you find them as useful as us!
