Information for professionals - Elmbridge Family Centres
Elmbridge Family Centres are commissioned by Surrey County Council to work with Level 3 need families. Some courses will be made available to Level 2 families. The following page details referral processes for families with either a Level 2 need or Level 3 need.
Due to Covid-19 some services we usually provide have been suspended but we are finding safe ways to continue to provide support to families across Elmbridge during this time.
If you are a professional working with a family in Elmbridge and are looking to signpost them to support or services provided by the Elmbridge Family Centre team, you can download a copy of our 'Information for Professionals' leaflet, linked below.
