Jenni was appointed to our Board of Trustees in 2019. She is the Global People and Culture Leader at Arup, a leading design and engineering consultancy, and author of Leading for Organisational Change: Building Purpose, Motivation and Belonging (Wiley, 2019).

A lawyer and executive coach by background, Jenni has spent twenty years leading change projects in professional services organisations and other people-centred businesses. She particularly loves to work in the context of transformational change, and is passionate about the power of purpose, storytelling and wholehearted leadership to transform business, communities and society. She is currently working on a new book called The Whole Business, about our individual relationships with work, and businesses’ relationships with the communities they serve.

Jenni is a non-exec advisor to two start-ups in the legal sector: F-Lex and Mason & Cook. She lives in London with her husband and four children.
