Our free printable rainbow colouring page offers a fun way to explore art and using colours.
This page provides a fun way for your child to let their imagination fly. They can colour the sheet in any way they like, or use glitter and paints if they would like.
Colouring helps children learn to focus on tasks and work on their pencil control ready for school. It also helps calm the mind and is an easy way for children to relax and practise mindfulness. It also helps develop their hand/eye coordination and the fine muscles in their hands which they'll use for everyday tasks like tying laces or writing.
