Spurgeons are here to support all families, no matter what challenges they're facing. Through schools, one to one support in communities and our family hubs - places for families to go to access a range of support services - we help children and families to build confidence, overcome challenges and create brighter futures.

Joy's story
Behind every person we help is a story. Take Joy, a 14-year-old girl who'd been in care for eight years and was referred to us by her school as she was struggling with attendance and maintaining healthy relationship. After working with us, Joy was able to maintain healthy relationships with peers, professionals, friends, and family. Her school engagement improved significantly, and she now aims to achieve better grades in her GCSEs and attend college. Joy told us that she has finally gained her independence and aspires to be an ambassador for change.
