Partner with us
We're always looking for partnership opportunities with organisations that can help us to offer the best possible services to the children, young people and families we support.
We are a national children’s charity, proud to partner with our current commissioners and grant providers. We work proactively with local authorities, health trusts, schools, HMPPS, social care, faith organisations and other third-sector partners, to deliver contract-compliant specifications across all tiers of provision, from universal to specialist, and on a variety of scales, including several multi-million-pound contracts. We understand the importance of delivering value for money without compromising on quality.
We are ‘there’ for children and families on the issues that matter to them. We make sure that we provide a warm, inclusive and accessible welcome to all, that we work with families (not do to them) and ensure their feedback informs what we do.
At the heart of who we are sits our high standards for service delivery and quality-assured, evidence-informed practice, underpinned by a desire to give our best and to continue to learn and develop in what is a rapidly changing world and to ensure children and families make good and sustainable progress against their goals.
Over the last year, we had contact with over 32,000 children, working intensively with 4,400 children, young people and families with complex or high support needs. We delivered up to 300 service delivery interventions, programmes and practice strands. (More detailed information is available here.) 98% of our service users rated our services well.
We are currently developing our future fitness to incorporate Family Hub services in line with government strategy and are keen to support local authorities and other commissioners in this area.
