Michelle joined our Board of Trustees in 2020. She is the Director of Finance & Resources at the CUF Ltd, a charity with a focus on tackling social action throughout England. She is also a qualified CIMA professional with over 20 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector.

Michelle is a member of the Finance & Risk Committee at the National Society of the Church of England and recently served as a trustee for the Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership, aimed at developing leaders to transform education.

Michelle is passionate about the health and wellbeing of children and young people and enjoys mentoring women to help realise their potential and overcome personal difficulties.

She is an active member at Kensington Temple, a Pentecostal church based in Nottinghill Gate, and runs a small church homegroup.
