One page profile

When you download our template you will be provided with the profile template to fill in, and a guidance sheet of ideas to help you complete it fully.

Simply look at the helpful sheet that is downloaded with the template, and fill the profile in for/with your child. Many children will enjoy completing aspects of the profile as a fun activity. 

Once completed, share the profile with professionals who work with your child- nursery staff, teachers, youth club workers, or care-givers. 

Staff who work with SEND children can also download the profile and ask parents to complete it. 

A one page profile is a useful way to tell professionals about your child and their needs. It informs staff about what your child requires to feel supported, their challenges, and care needs. It also gives staff information about your child as a way of introduction.
