Concerned about your child's mental health? Would you like to ask a counsellor questions about your child's wellbeing and find out what could help?

Ask a Counsellor takes place during Mental Health Week, the 12-16th May 2025. Between 12-1pm, our counsellors will be online live to chat with you for free and answer your questions and queries.

What can Ask a Counsellor help me with?

If you would like to chat with a professional counsellor about mental health concerns, sign up for Ask a Counsellor for a 20 minute 1-1 chat. There is no charge, and our counsellors can signpost you to help or discuss counselling with you.

We are unable to provide urgent help in a crisis or give legal support, but we can discuss your concerns about your child's mental health with you.

The service is for parents aged 18 and over.

How does it work?

When bookings open and you've obtained a 20-minute slot, you will get an email with your session information and a link for you to join.

When your session it going to start, just click the link in your email to join one of our counsellors, who can offer support and advice on your child's mental health.
