				Box breathing exercise
This box breathing animation, also known as square breathing can be used as a calming technique to slow down the breath and distract the mind.
Simply watch along and repeat as many times as necessary. This is a great way to regulate the breathing and gently reduce any anxious sensations.

Follow along with our finger breathing animation which can be used as a mindfulness tool on the go.
